Product Description
1. Function
The ZW32-12Y type permanent magnetism vacuum circuit breaker is three-phase AC 50 Hz electric equipment, is mainly used for opening and closing 12 KV circuit load current, over-load current and short-circuit current. It can be used to protect and control power distribution system in substation and mining enterprises, and it also apply to rural power grids.
2. Main character
The ZW32-12Y type permanent magnetism vacuum breaker adopts three independent permanent magnetic operation mechanisms. Every phase has one mechanism, and kept synchronism by the central shaft. The iron core of the mechanism is being linked together with a linear motion operation insulator and a moving contactor. Two-way linear motion has omitted the axis of rotation, axle bearing and crank, has facilitated structure, has decreased malfunction, therefore, the ZW32-12Y type permanent magnetism vacuum circuit breaker has long machinery life-span, operation organization assembles in inside of breaker, synchro axis and three-phase moving iron core are linked together, synchro axis can be used as the driver of auxiliary switch and tiny moving switch on the premise of synchronism of three-phase.
